As the Director of South Cross Town Planning, Sean has over 20 years of town planning experience across Australia. Sean is dedicated to providing quality planning advice and representation to ensure that your views are represented.
His experience in the private and government planning sectors, specialising in local government, provides him with a wide skill base to assist you in dealing with your town planning needs. Having worked in local government in both Melbourne and regional Victoria (including 5 years as a planning manager at the City of Ballarat), Sean understands both your needs and how the system works at the local and state government level to get results.
Sean has a Bachelor of Arts (Urban Studies), Graduate Diploma of GIS and Remote Sensing, Masters of Urban and Environmental Management and Post Graduate Certificate of Bushfire Planning and Management and is a member of both the Planning Institute of Australia and the Fire Protection Association of Australia.
Sean has extensive experience in the statutory and strategic planning fields. Successful statutory projects include permit applications for residential, commercial and rural development, bushfire assessments, subdivision and excisions in urban, rural residential and farming area, heritage, signage and telecommunication facility permits and liquor licences. Strategic projects include rezonings and the preparation of amendments to Council planning policies.
